Delicieuse Ice Cream in Goat’s Milk and French Sorbets are made the French traditional and artisanale way. We make them fresh daily in small batches and use only the best ingredients. No artificial flavors and colors.

We have discounted prices on some flavors for the holidays. Please visit our eshop and look under the Specials section to learn about the flavors.

A free pint will be included if you order more than 12 pints in a single order. The flavor of the free pint will be determined at our discretion and product availability.

Delicieuse Ice Cream and Sorbets are packed in pints (473 ml). There is a low order fee of $10 for orders of 4 pints or less or if the sub-total (excluding shipping) is less than $40.

We process orders every Sunday. Please place your order by Sunday 12 noon PST. We ship twice weekly every Monday and Wednesday. We do make exceptions from time to time, so please call us at (310) 793-7979 for special orders.

Please check your email to confirm the exact arrival date of your order. Your order will be shipped to you within 7 business days. Orders in Southern California, Santa Barbara California and San Diego orders are shipped via UPS 2 Day Air. Therefore, your order will arrive either on a Wednesday or Friday.

Orders with shipping address in Area I can be shipped via UPS Ground for lower rates. Please call us at (310) 793-7979. Some flavors are available also in select Whole Foods Market stores in Southern California so you can purchase them at these locations. We also have our own retail outlet in Redondo Beach, California where you can purchase the ice cream and sorbets. We have a wider selection of flavors at The Delicieuse Café and Boutique in Redondo Beach, California.

We are open to the public on the following days:

Friday 12 noon to 6 pm PST
Saturday 12 noon to 9 pm PST
Sunday 12 noon to 5 pm PST

We use a professional grade reusable Styrofoam container with dry ice. To protect the quality of the products we measure the weight of the dry ice and internal temperature of your order and document it before it is shipped. Please follow safety precautions when handling the dry ice.

We will send your order confirmation and tracking information to the email address you provide. Remember to check your email for exact arrival date.

Please indicate in the order form the best telephone number where we can reach you in case we have a question on your order.

Please make sure someone is present to accept your order. UPS will leave the package in a secure place, if available, if no one is available to accept the order.

Upon receipt of your order you must put the ice cream or sorbet immediately inside your freezer. UPS and Delicieuse Inc. cannot be held responsible for the condition of the frozen product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.

All orders are not for re-sale.

All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep online inventory up to date. In select cases, we reserve the right to make substitutions. Please make sure you indicate your preferred substitute flavor in the Comments section of the order form. We will do our best to meet your choice.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. You must provide a street address for your order or apartment number when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.

Local and sales tax is charged on orders being shipped or billed to addresses in the State of California.
